Zen Mountain Studio is an independent documentary production studio based in the Indian Himalayas. We develop and produce character-driven documentaries rooted in long-term relationships, careful observation, and a deep connection to place. Our films explore the lives of people navigating social, cultural, and environmental change across mountain regions.

 

Alongside our own productions, we collaborate with brands, broadcasters, producers, NGOs, and filmmakers to develop documentaries that are locally grounded and internationally relevant.
